Founded in 1966, we have drawn on the unique skills cultivated as a wood base manufacturer of Tokushima dressing tables, producing handcrafted, one-of-a-kind items with a strong element of craftsmanship through an integrated process. Our founder, Iwao Kita, was honored in 2008 with the title of “Contemporary Master Craftsman,” awarded to outstanding artisans. The second generation received the title of “Master Craftsman of Awa,” and today the skills and traditions are carried on by his children and grandchildren. Now, our family continues the woodworking business across three generations, applying these inherited techniques.
